QuinLabs ("we", "us", "our") operates the QuinLabs mobile application (the "App") and website at quinlabs.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When the App crashes or encounters an error, we collect diagnostic information to identify and fix issues. This may include device model, OS version, app version, stack traces, and error timestamps. This data does not identify you personally.
We collect anonymised information about how users interact with the App — features accessed, session duration, and navigation patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users. It helps us understand what works and where to improve.
If you grant permission for push notifications, we store a device token issued by Apple to deliver those notifications. This token is not linked to your personal identity and is used solely to send notifications you have opted into.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details at any point.

Our App is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us at hello@quinlabs.io and we will delete it promptly.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you through the App where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
